hmm yeah. Well if it turns out they fit you can be sitting even lower.

I am running a 205/45/17 with almost a two inch drop. Progress says 1.8 but I wouldn't doubt it is two since they settled. I haven't bottomed out and the wheels fill the gap nicely. I have had the car for 13 months and will turn 30,000 this week. I have read that most 205/40/17 are a little small and don't have a high enough load rating for our vehicles. Here is a pick of my xB.

it's the same spring for xa/xb but the xa weighs less so it drops less.

 

nope. i already got the grille. it looks nice. but i need to find a way to fasten it from the bottom. i might have to get a few nuts and bolts and use the existing spaces on the edges from the old grill to hold it in place.

i've got the tanabe's, an underpanel from kamispeed, and an e-pod coming in the mail this weekend. if i'm lucky i'll get a rear sway bar and some 16" konig red supermesh next week. i've seen yours... so here's mine - before recent and future mods:

Absolutely!
I'm running InTrax progressive-wind springs with just over 2" drop, Koni yellows on softest setting, 205/55 front, 205/60 rear on 15x7s, never rubbed, never bottomed out even with a load of 4 passengers.
On top of that, my ride is actually better than stock!

I've been thinking about doing that to my TCM practically since the day I bought it.

That body kit is a nice touch, too...

 

What? You're kidding right? The ride is TERRIBLE on stock struts with DF210s. Might be fine forawhile, but after 40k or so, you really feel it. Adding Konis in the rear really made the ride better...

I hear sooooooo much about adding shocks but it's never about an xA! can some one please give me a name and part ## for good but not ridiculously cheap shocks for the xA cause I know I am gonna lose some comfort when I put in the Tanabe DF210's....

 

i'll remain optimistic. i think the ride will be ok for me... i'm on 17's now but i'll be on 16 once i drop the car. to compentsate a bit for the 'bumpy ride'.

 

Finally! Dropped Pics. DF210's, 205/40/17's. No problems at all. A little bouncy on some concrete highways,( like 23 north of Toledo).
