What is everyone doing for a drop and what brands should i look for or stay clear of? Bags are out of the question as we already have one bagged vehicle and this is going to be driven all year round. Thanx guys!

Here is a list of the major brands of Springs:

I have the Tein Stechs and have been happy..........

P.S. Some people have gotten counterfeit off of eBay. Go through a recognized dealer.

I had hotchkiss first great handling springs. Now i have the df210 great drop but a little soft ( more body roll), I would get coilovers you can get a good set between $800 ans $1200.

I have the Goldlines... I like them 2" drop.
Before that, I had Tein H.Tech - they were 1.25"

InTrax progressive-wind. A little over 2" drop, very comfortable ride until the springs are compressed by cornering or braking, and control and handling are A-1.
I'm running Koni yellows set at softest setting, and it rides better than stock, yet has embarrassed several "sportscars" in a local canyon (including a Mini!).
Take it from an old guy who has put together dozens of different suspensions over the years - this is the best of both worlds...ride and handling.

df210's ! awesome ride, VERY comfortable. 2.2 front drop, 2.0 rear drop. $169.00 I use my box as a daily driver and still can't believe how smooth it rides (and i have 18's with 215/35 rubber !)

Ha, that's what they all say!
Whatever springs you end up with remember to do the Monroe #5987 rear shocks for smoother ride.

I still need to get some new shocks for the rear.

I dropped my box by using tein s techs and the Monroe sensa tracks for a toyota echo. It dropped the box a little over 2.5" and the ride quality is much better than lowering springs and stock struts
