There is a four side section to the stock factory bolt. Use a small pair of vise-grip pliers to hold the bolt still while you turn the nut.
If you have in fact stripped the bolt threads and you can't get the nut off you'll need to use a small cutting wheel and a grinder or a Dremel type of tool.

I don't remember if you'll have enough room to take the entire bolt out through the top. If are left with no other solution and you purchased new bolts, use a grinder with a cutting wheel and cut the stock bolt in half, that length should clear the upper mount.
To loosen the bolt it's counter clockwise..."lefty/loosey, righty/tighty".

I just got done doing mine and read this post....
If you take off the wheel and jack up the front you should be able to fit the grip in there.
As for a review; for an under $20. dollar diy you can't beat it. The only thing is the bolts are kinda long and needs to be cut after you're done. It feels like All I need is the rear swaybar!!!!
Not sure if there is enough room to do this but, use some vise-grips to latch onto the top nut and another pair of pliers to hold the bolt.

I did but after you crank down on them you got a little more than an inch sticking down.
So you can either go with a 31/2'' bolt and compress the link with a c clamp to get the nut started, or cut it off.
