has anyone cut a coil off the rearend of a df210 to make it drop down a little more?

don't do it!

it's unsafe as the spring could come out of the pearch on a large bump!

it's ok to cut the front since it's captive, but never cut the rear!

Cut springs = ghetto poor ricerness... IMO of course. Just get some nice big subs and let the weight do the job :D

eh , you can cut it if you use the rear portion of a coilover setup to hold the bottoms of the springs in place.

I think randode has cut Spys. Probably pretty similar to the Tanabes.
