BeQuietAndDrive, i need more info on how the ground control sleeves work (pictures), especially in the rear. the rear springs stay in place by compression, so if the springs are too short (or the dampers extend too far), then the springs can pop out when the suspension travels far enough.

nerdsports, i did not know where i could get quality rear spring replacements so i started with the front (the more important problem area to me). the ksport/d2 rear springs probably do not increase in rate enough during compression. i noticed that i could not get the car as high as i wanted in the rear. i have it near the top of the perch, but it compresses down under the weight of the car. good for lowering though ;)

i never had a problem with the rear progress springs. if i decide against the gc, then progress + tokico d-spec it is.
