Default Need help identifying Aftermarket Rotors..

Hi all! It's time to finally work on my dad's Scion we inherited over 5 years ago. About 10-15 years ago he installed some aftermarket 11" rotors with a design I haven't seen before.
Also looks like 7CLP13S as the caliper. Any help is greatly appreciated as I need to get these fixed for the wife very soon! I have uploaded a couple pics as well.
Thank you in advance!

That may be a Honda/Acura upgrade stuff. The caliper matches several mounting brackets, making it a bolt-on upgrade for several Honda and Acura models. Unfortunately it doesn't appear to be current, making repair and or replacement difficult if not expensive.
