2.5 hours? Wow, if you are planning on doing the front yourself I wouldn't recommend it since you don't appear have the equipment/space. Take it to a shop like I did. It took 2 hours on a lift from a pro.

Yes, the front bar reintroduced some understeer but that's what the small 1/2" hotchkis or the progress bar in ADDITION to the whiteline is for.

The understeer now is not as bad as stock, btw. So, you know from other's posts that have tried both the progress and the whiteline rear sway bar that the whiteline is pretty much neutral while the progress still has some understeer? I think that's similar to what I have now, some understeer but the overall flatness while cornering is much improved.

A rear sway bar on a FWD car will make a larger difference then springs, strut bars or any bracing.

It would be the first suspension mod I would do.

A front sway bar will reduce body roll even further but will induce more understeer during spirited driving.

Another benefit of sway bars is weight reduction. Some companies...such as Hotchkis...make hollow sway bars that are significantly lighter then the OEM bars.
