Default Rear wheel bearings - can they be rebuilt?

It seems like a good idea to do it. I've done such repairs on many different vehicles.
This particular Scion seems like an expensive treat when it comes to rear wheel bearings. $300 for OE hub assembly. Kidding me?

So...
Have any of you, savvy gear heads, ever rebuilt rear wheel bearings?
If so, what is the part numbers for bearings?

Thanks lads...

RR has no rough feel when spun, just excessively loose.

Check these places out....doesn't seem like it should cost $300.....and sometimes the aftermarket ones are higher quality anyways (Koyo)

Thanks fot tips Col. Sanders.
My shop get hefty discount from Napa parts store , it beats all those prices.
However, I want to find out if rebuild can be done w/o buying new hub.

so it's not making any noise?

i got some noise can't pinpoint it. not sure if it's just turbulence/wind noise or what. if it isn't i've never heard another wheel bearing that sounds like that.

Remove drum and spin the hub. If it spins wkth some resistance without grittiness then bearing is fine. Otherwise it on its way out.

Yes, anything can be rebuilt. Just source out the bearing that goes in it and have it pressed.
