TEIN Basic Coilover noise
Hey all. I've seen this discussed, but couldn't find a solid answer:
I have had these installed on my xA for a few years, and recently have noticed a knocking sound at low speed that I'm sure is related to the coilovers. Also, I tried to tighten the top nut on the rears, thinking they were loose, but they seem to be all the way down, yet spin with little resistance.
Can someone tell me if they've had this problem, or if they know what this dang noise is? Do they need to be adjusted/tightened periodically? If so, how is it done??
I love the ride, but I'm worried about safety. Hopefully somebody can help.
Thanks.

well i owned a few coilovers before the thing i check is if i tightened everything like the thing you adjust height wise, and check if your sway bar is connected and tighted and also check if the shock is still in good condition if not and still under warranty just get a new one from the manufacturer... and also and the last thing is check the upper mounts and try turning your wheels see what else is getting touched or grinded with your tires or whatever it is that is touching... sorry if its like rambling... lol
