Make sure you get the right shocks. Do your seaching on SL. I think they are the one's for the Echo, just a little shorter than stock. Also, check out my profile, I have an old pic with the H-Techs on.
I have been going back and forth on the same question but I have been leaning toward the H-Tech's as I live on a nasty hill. My wife doesn't always pull in or out at an angle and already scrapes with the stock springs.

Yeah air ride would be the way to go but I don't feel like trying to convince my wife that it is worth the money just so I can lower it but still beable to park in in my drive way...............
