Tokico D-Spec (HTS) + Road Magnet springs on xB
shocks are my next big investment.
i have whitelines rear sway bar
energy suspension frnt sway bar endlinks
front strut bar
Eibach pro kit progressive rate springs
frnt 120-189, rear 69-211 @1.5 inch drop
question is will the adjustable shocks work well with progressive springs
and if so what improvements should i see

most, if not all, lowering springs are progressive. supposedly, most springs are progressive as it is really hard to make linear springs. coilovers generally have the closest to linear.
my point: the adjustable dampers will be fine with progressives.
you can have improved handling or tune to your comfort preferences.
