the slack/give will be sooo minor. and in case anyone forgot any option is a huge improvement over stock.......

The only thing with that brace being welded is that you would have to re-powder coat it.

Yeah, but why drop the money on that when you can get a brace that is finished as one unit. I would think it would be better in the long run to buy the correct piece that looks like it can withstand a beating.

romanova - Do you know of any place that sells the Cusco braces? Do they basically look the same as the gt-spec units? Your info is greatly appreciated.

Ok, For what most every day drivers will use these for the give/slack that it might give, who would notice this? You are nit-picking something that works wonderfully and is just as strong as something welded. Now if this was for something that was true cart type racing then the only other thing I would most likely do is speed wire the nuts.

Beatrush Japan has a under car brace for $171 nice welds and all there is a thead in this forum on it by Kami only bummer is not available for a lil bit...i think this APr brace looks damn fine for normal drivers looking to make the car a lil more fun but yes it should be welded for more hard driving like Touge

I found another site that sells them. I'd like to order the brace from Kami, but I don't want to wait forever.
