THanks bro. It's just that I don't have the info at home and I don't check boards at work so if you can shoot me an email or PM me your email I'll send you the info.
Thanks, Rishie

Thanks for this post, gives me better idea on how low I can go. Just an FYI, I located the Ground Control ones and they are on sale for $409 and go as low as 0-2.75"..That's not too bad but does anyone know if these are any good...Here's the link if anyone is interested... http://www.cardomain.com/item/GRO808001?vq_id=none
So the concept of Ground Controls is good your only dilema is finding a strut/shock that is valved to match the GC spring rates and overall ride height you choose.
This setup is much like the Tein Basic and SS setups where you will lose supension travel/ride quality when lowering the vehicle. This is different than the Zeal coilovers and Tein Flex coilover where you lower the vehicle using the lower shock bracket and not the spring.
It is easily illustrated when you look at pictures of these setups and compare them side by side.
We are a Ground Control distributor. I can find out how much I can get them for if you're interested. The only damper i know of that will work really well with a Ground Control setup is the Tokico HTS damper. THis is a short stroke damper and ride adjustable. It is a perfect compliment to the GC setup. Con: You end up spending a good $1000.00 on that setup.

A couple more variables we should add to the chart above:
Uppermounts included: Yes or No
Ind. Lower Shock Bracket: Yes or No
These would also aid in truly seeing the value of these coilovers as some have them and others do not.
