Wow, those are the wheels I was thinking about for my TCM. I might just do them, they are really clean and simple plus affordable. Discount tire said that 20mm offset wouldn't fit. They don't rub the fender do they? My husband dosen't want me to do the different rear offset because of the rotation problem. I might have to get the 38mm all around.
Looks Great!!

You could do 20mm offset all around in 15x7 and shouldn't have any problems.

And you could likely even get a set of OTG spacer shims in the back to be even more flush.

Well, since my husband has over 20 years as a master tech he has told me all the reasons why putting spacers or radically different offset wheels on a car will do damage. He said it puts stress on wheel bearings and axles because your upsetting the way the suspension was designed. He said it puts so much weight further out from the center of the hub. I'm curious to see whether people start having problems in the future with worn or broken suspension parts. Especially with those heavy 17& 18 inch wheels. Anyway, I don't wish to void a warranty for less than an inch. I know that is long winded but if you want further explaination I'll get him to write it down for me. So I'll stay between 35-40mm to be safe.

No problems with the +20's in the back, they sit nice, and the car seems to corner a little better as well. As for discount, I had no problems, I just called them up and they shipped the same day(thursday) and arrived the next day(friday), I was very pleased!

I understand your husband's point, but people have been running low offset wheels on the bB in Japan for years with no ill effects. And if it's spacers you're worried about, take a look at the spacer shims on www.onetongarage.com the actually sit behind the hub, thus eliminating many (if not all) of the ill effects commonly associated with typical wheel spacers. Running a 15x7 +20 all around is not an extreme set up by any means . . . nearly ideal to give you that flush look, yet not have to worry about rubbing. Adding the One Ton Garage shims in the rear would effectively give you a +10-11 offset in the rear making them nearly perfectly flush. Would look excellent IMHO.

I'll measure it today fot you, however the front and rear lips are the same size, the +20 comes from the mounting surface on the back of the wheels in this case.

RuntoxB: there is about 3" of lip on all 4 wheels.

Alan: it's really close, about 1/4" maybe a little bit more than that, but not much.
If you were to run the VOXX wheels, you wouldn't have a problem because they get +20 but adding more depth to the mounting surface not giving you more of a lip. Basicly the 20 and the 38 are exactly the same wheel and same lip size but the +20 mounting surface is extened towards the back of the wheel more.

Did you go with +20 offset all the way around, Matt?

No, wishing I did. They are +38 all the way around. I just got my OTG rear shims in the mail the other day so the rears should look a bit more flush once installed.
