depends on if you're changing the outer lip or both and just keep the face. changing the lip will change the offset since offset is measured from the center of the wheel and changing the lip will change the center.

If your going to re-build them, then you'll be fine, if you choose the right offset. What look are you trying to acheive? Do you want to be totally flush with the fenders? Or do you just want more lip without any rubbing issues?

Even changing the lip, with that high of an offset, it's likely that the inside lip will hit the suspension...

I want more lip with no rubbing issue..I want to get the biggest lip that I can on them but I don't want them to poke out crazy..the front is only gonna be like a 1in lip so I'm not to worry bout that its just the back...wat would b a good offset for wat I wanna do?

with +50 your not going to get the lip you want, and if you want a BIG lip the wheel needs to be wider with a REALLY low offset. chances are you want about a 8-10 inch wide wheel with about an offset of 10-30.

your DEFINATLY going to rub.
