Brain dead and need rim input from experienced xB owners...
I'm down to three choices. "My" favorite is #1 the EV-S, but maybe you guys (gals), know something I don't on rims. These are all 17x7's and will be mounting 205/45/17's on them. This is for a black 06 xB. Thanks for the advice! M.

Ps. forgot to mention - the car/rims/tires are for the wife's birthday - she's "not" an aggressive driver so they shouldn't melt off the rim...

The difference between 215/40 and the 205 sizes might be small but it isn't insignificant.
185/60-15 = 185/25.4*2*.60+15 = 23.74" This is OEM.
60 mph will actually be about 59. 100 mi will read about 95.3.
215/40-17 = 23.77"
60 mph will actually be about 59.1. 100 mi will read about 95.2.
205/45-17 = 24.26"
60 mph will actually be about 60.3. 100 mi will read about 93.3.
205/40-17 = 23.46"
60 mph will actually be about 58.3. 100 mi will read about 96.4.
That is if the calibration in you car is the same as it is in mine.
(Boy, I hope I did my math right

)but yeah 215/40/17 and 205/45 are very very close to the same. 205/40/17 is smaller and i believe brad typed that as an accident.
