Even with just starting the problem screws first there is just a problem with certain holes. I definately torqued a few two far so I could then move the ring over one hole so the really deep hole in the ring could be moved over problem hole. If the screws where like 1/8 in bigger this would all be solved. I'm gonna call Axis today and ask them about this.

Well I called Axis and they say that I'm screwed basically cause they have never heard of this problem before. I must say they really had a really bad attitude.

I guess I will go to Home Depot and get longer screws???

ya i'm think'n the same, good thing i have a BSP.
tom had a spoof on the inventory for our lug pattern in the anthracite color so
he sweetened the deal for me a bit.

i'd approach tom about your phone call to axis 'coz that doesn't sound like good
customer service on their end, and my experience w/ the axis crew this monday was
cake.

you may have to email tom first 'coz he's out on call w/ the army and if he doesn't get
back to you, his partner....darrell? or darren should be able to help get you a ring or two.
i'm sure since you sent my business to him, i'm confident that he'll do what he can for sure.
