You can get them thru Tire Rack in plastic or metal for $15 I think.

As for the lowering springs without shocks, you'll wear out the stock shocks fast that way. That's what I did. Within several months I had to get new shocks too. As for loading my lowered car with aftermarket shocks and springs, my new weight limit is around 650lbs compared to the stock 800lbs.

I'm running 205/50R16 too. The 50 series will help fill your wheel well a bit more (about a half inch larger than the 40 series all around), but no where near as much as lowering.
your weight limit should have stayed the same , what makes you say a 200 lb reduction.

Hankooks come stock on all new Ford F150s. They are a cheaper tire but that isn't always bad. Sometimes paying for a name is just that. Look at Firestone and what happened to them.

I use my car to transport boxes of documents. I also go to lunch with some people that are 'big'. Stock, I used to be able to carry 4-5 people or ~650lbs of boxes without bottoming out on bumps. Now (with S-Techs and Koni Yellow Sports), I bottom out on bumps with 3-4 of those same people or ~500lbs of boxes. Try telling people (your friends) you can't drive because of weight limits.

But for Slags77, H-Techs (1.2"-1.5")might be a good route if he wants a drop.

$400 dollars later and fixed.
and i found out that i don't need hub centric rings because apparently the speedy race mode wheels are application specific.
i think i'll stick to the stock suspension for now b/c i'm broke
thanks for the input everybody

Dude--did you forget to lower the jack? This is totally bizarre. As for the hub centric rings===they came with my package from www.treadepot.com. Good luck!!!
