Default Quick answer needed...offset question. 17x8 +35/38 offset?

Will a 17x8 with a +35 or 38 offset work on the xB? I may have found a suitable replcement for my peeling 17's in the Brock RC 07. Lemme know ASAP please. Thanks in advance!!

O yea itll fit with the right size tires and drop. Shouldnt be a big deal. Hell you could shove 17x8 with 20 offset in there and be good. Sounds like a pretty decent fitment though. 17x8 35 offset in front, and then have same wheels in back but with OTG shims.

OK, I was worried a little since my current 17x7's with +42 are VERY close to the rear trailing arms...and I mean very! I plan to get the OTG shims, but not before I get the wheels. The drop I am installing is the Eibach Pro-Line, so that should be OK I assume.

yea just think though, as the lower your offset (closer to 0) the more it will push it away from the trailing arm. It all depends on shape of wheel though sometimes. Worst youll have to do is get a small spacer

The only reason that I was worried is changing from a 17x7 +42 to a 17x8 +38....not much change in offset, but a huge change in width. Thanks for the assistance...wheels will be ordered tomorrow....only takes three hours to get them here...hehe
