rear suspension

HELP! I have a Orange 2004 XB. When I use my factory wheels on rear axle I get normal wear on tires, but when I install my 17's with low profile tires, the tires go slick within two months. Does anybody now why? How do I fix it? Thanks

low profile tires have much less tread and wear much faster. dont know about the 2 months though..
