tire size for 20's
For all you ballers that are going to run 20's the rumor of the nitto 225/35/20 fitting with minor mods IS NOT TRUE. I had a set and i cut out all the innner fender side skirt that i could i beat the inner metal with a hammer they do not work trust me if you want i can prove it. You have to run the BFG 225/30/20 then you are all good
Was most of this trouble in the front??? How did the tires fit in the back, and what went in to getting them in there. I am thinking of doing a stager fit with 18's in the front and 20's in the back? If you can answer this it might save me some time and money. Oh, if you don't mind what type of wheels are they on. Size and offset would be great. Thanks for the help and info..
The man is right about the 225/35's, I had the same issues. And the 225/30's are friggin
expensive! like $300ea! From my recollection, the rears are actually harder than
the front to stuff in there. I have litterally a 1/4" gap from the face of the tire to the
metal that used to be behind the fender plastic, and thats after some "massaging"
If want my 2 cents, skip the 20's, just get 19's.... they bolt up.
-belly.
First in DFDub to roll 20's (?)
