The difference is the offset of the wheel. +42mm offset vs. +40mm offset.
If you are torn between the two wheels, go with the +40mm offset. The difference is really not even noticeable, but it just may help avoid suspension conflicts. You might also want to run a set of spacers with those. At least in the rear.
Really though, get whichever wheel you prefer. Like I said the difference is negligible. 2mm is only 0.079".
