Wheel Balance Problems
I have had my new wheels balanced 4 times now at 3 different shops and they still are not balanced at 70mph.... the rims are fine, the bead is set, i used the correct hubcentric spacers, and they still shake... i put the steelies back on and got them up to 100 and they were as smooth as sitting still....
is there something that im overlooking? someone with wheel balance knowledge please help

then do a dynamic balance on both ends of the inner wheel.. also when u do this. trying using either a lug plate or finger plate.. it holds the wheel center on the balancer and restricts wobble..
i know this by exprience.. i work at discount tire co. in orlando fl..
hope this helps.. and good luck.. let me know if it helps or anything

well we aired them up like you said when mounted them and made sure the bead was set also i drove them to Destin and back last week so im pretty sure that the bead is set, they were dynamic balanced but i dont think they had the machine calibrated correctly....
thats the only other thing that it could be, i have a friend with a balance machine and im gonna see if we can get them right we i get time to try them out there

Sup bro. You need to find you a GSP 9700 machine to get them balanced. Make sure they are using stick on weights and not rim lip weights. Wirse comes to worse bring it back to Team and let them balance them for you. Thats where mine were done after 2 times at Kirks.
