Default Wheel gurus: 15x7, et20 +10mm shims... rubbin?

Looking at some fairly narrow tires, maybe 195/55's or 60's with these... will these rub with 10mm OTG shims in the back? I'm thinking they should JUST clear it, maybe even can run a 5mm spacer in the front.
I love the idea of 15x8 zero offset SportMax 002's, but that's just too impractical for my daily driver...
Whatcha think?

Also lowered on S-Techs, gonna do a few mods to make it about 1" lower in front (so about 3"F/2"R)

i'd go with a 195/50-15 tire...the fronts will be flush.......and so will the rear...so youd be fine with that setup

You da man Emu, thanks...

Will I have any issues with the rolling diameter being smaller? Besides the speedo of course

Rock on.
I'm ordering the wheels today, either with 205/50 or 195/50 tires... Gonna save 14 lbs per wheel/tire combo with this new setup, which I imagine will make a considerable difference considering it's unsprung weight
I'll post pix soon along with some other recent mods.

BTW, 195's each weigh 2-3 lbs each less than the 205's, so that might be the deciding factor.

Which wheels are you buying, and where are you ordering them from? I'm pretty much in the same position as you....love the 15x8 Sportmax 002's, but impractical for daily driving.
