QBQT... Save yourself the time and headache of a 15x15. Pretty much every American billet wheel company can build you a nice smoothie in whatever offset you want. If I were you though,
I would go with one of their standard sizes. Offset is nothing for them, but getting the larger hoops will definitely cost you extra. And to be quite honest, it just won't look right on a Box.
If you really want to tackle this, you have two approaches. One is to buy the wheels with the offset you want first and try to build you car around it. That means suspension, body kit, flares and the like.
Or you can do it the other way around. Determine what suspension you want, what body kit you want and what flares you want to run. Then order the wheels to fit that kit. That is the way I would do it if I was going for that style.
And just for reference... Smoothie wheel options...
Intro - Smoothie
Boyd Coddington - Flat Top (I would never recommend)
Billet Specialties - Just order a Blank
Colorado Customs - Boulder, Rock Creek
Bonspeed - Just order a blank
Billet Accessories Direct - Just order a blank

But if people can lay frame on cars with 28s I'm sure we can fit 15" wide wheel on a Box !! Just my 2 cent Sean
I know they wont fit easily under the stock fender, but I like the super deep look with reverse offset. Flares or widebody kit are not out of the question.
