Default Will 215/50/17's fit?

I bought some 17" rims on craigslist. Two of the tires are trashed, but two are brand new. They are 215/50/17. I was looking in the sticky thread, no one had listed it as a successful fit.

I had hoped to buy two more of the same size, but if they can't fit I'll just sell the two good 215/50's and get a full set of different a size tire. Let me know what you think, any help is appreciated.[/code]

Eh, that's pretty big. I'd get a set with a 40 sidewall. They'd be okay if you aren't dropped, but it will throw off your speedo.

Thanks. I'll have to think about it... the speedo will be off by 12% according to an internet tire size calculator. I'm cheap, so I might end up keeping them

215/45/17's are pushing the limit. I'm affraid that those 50's ain't gonna fit without rubbing. Plus your speedo will read low.
