i chose gold because i wanted something that would jump off the black, yet not over powe it too much. i looked through the 2-toned xB thread and only found an xB with the bottom half gold, but from the pix it was a dull gold, no sparkle like mine.

The color its self is from sherwin williams brand new line of paint. its called 24k gold. for a quart and a haf it was 270ish. that did all my interior pieces shown in the pix, the engine cover (not pictured, i'll take one today) and then the outside. i need to get more for the wheels and a few more things under the hood/inside the car.

any other comments/suggestions woud be great!!

if i could suggest something it would be pinstripe it. im not a fan of a 2 tone without a nicely pulled pinstripe seperating the colors

Seen it in person.... its actually really nicely done.... currently he does have a red pinstripe (vinyl) seperating the colors.... plans to paint the stripe when time permits...

tho.. at the show this past sunday we dubbed the colors BSP and "grey pu pon"

i did everything myself...with the help of my paps who sprayed the color. it cost me 271.96 dollars wich bought me 1.5 quarts of paint, and then about 25 hours of labor.

Default .....TWO TONED....

Great looking BOX. Any plans for the dull stock tail lights?
My suggestion would be a set of TYC's. The EURO tails that the dealer sells as an option. I got mine for $170 and $5 shipping off E-BAY. The black housing would look great against the black of that box.

im workin on tinting tails...i want them to look almost like BCP but then still see the lights through it, i have it fairly close, its just super dark. if i fail..then im going TYC.

im not sure wha wheels i want yet...im thinking just a basic five spoke wheel. nothing fancy because im going to be painting them the same gold color, any suggestions?
