I have those Anzo lights and just put in a Techone HID kit. the beam pattern isn't as nice and smooth looking as I want them to be but compared to the light output of the bulbs that came with the lights the HID's are 1000 times better. I think I just need to mess with the ajustment settings to get the right look.

Question?
If you look closely on your lenses, do they have a DOT stamping?
I'm glad that someone has done the HID already since I'm still waiting for
mine to arrive but I think I've got the adjustment down to a science.
You're right though, the beam isn't straight acrross, they kinda have a
lightning or "z" pattern when shown onto a flat wall or the garage door.

mine does say DOT on it, it's with a bunch of letters and numbers near the bottom side next to where the upper grill is. and you're right about the "z" pattern. it's hard to get it look right. also when you line up the beam on a wall and everything looks alright, you go drive and my left one doesn't shine as far as the right one. go back to the wall and it looks lined up. weird!

Apparently that pattern is typical of a projector, i compared my lights to a friend who has an IS300 and it's pretty close in pattern. From another source, some light fixtures can be taken apart and there's a metal reflector piece that can be removed but I'm not even gonna go through that trouble and f-up my lights. Anyhow, thanks for the feedback.
