Junk yard would likely be the best place to look for something reasonably priced and probably OEM, depending upon how much work/paint it might need, then there is Toyota, which will be stupid expensive and then there are the aftermarket replacement body parts with hit-or-miss quality or you could go the carbon fiber route.
What's wrong with your current hood that it needs to be replaced?

I've done a lot a bodywork on my gen 1 and Rock Auto has been a great source for parts for me. Junkyards are a great source for bigger parts like the hood. I use car-part.com to search for parts. Some places also have an inventory of vehicles that are in their yard on their website.
As far as "why all the bodywork?" goes, people really seem to hate the envy green of my RS3! It's been hit quite a few times.. always either parked or stopped at an intersection (twice I've been at the front end of a multi-car "chain reaction" while minding my business at a red light). The only "in motion" collisions have been the time I was driven off the highway (HOW DO YOU NOT SEE A BRIGHT GREEN BOX?) and last November when I hit a deer just hard enough to crack my bumper, bend my hood and quarter panel. But 346,000 miles, with all the work, it still looks good, so I suppose I could thank them.
A good body person can work wonders, which can save from a full replacement. How bad is the damage to the hood?
