It took years but I finally did some annoying damage to my "bee". The bottom drivers side panel that runs the length of the car, was caught up on a rock and torn off completely. Apparently cannot be straightened up so here is the question. I have a non running Black Cherry 2005 which looks the same. I cannot find the part although I was offered one for 600 dollars from Toyota. Simply put, could it be painted to match my Solar Yellow car? I would hate to cannibalize the non running car for no reason. The problem with the car is that it is rusted from salt but now it is down South. I am moving from my farm here and will not have the land to store a non functioning car so I will part it out. First I will help myself to what I need.

Any idea about the painting?
