I recently purchased these tail lights for my xB. I've heard that with a regular red brake light bulb, you can't really see it during the day. I've also heard someone who tried using a red LED brake light bulb, and he blew a circuit.
So for those of you with these same tail lights, what type of brake light bulb did YOU use?? Thanx for the advice.

 

I'd also consider running red overlays.

 

I was hoping to AVOID any kind of red tint on the tails, just cuz it doesn't go with my color scheme.
