I'm trying to get my son's 2005 xB repaired from afar. He's in Louisiana working in the gulf.

Anywhoo, an 18 wheeler threw a retread and hit the front of his box. It appears to me that the entire bumper cover and lip need to be replaced. Are those just two pieces, more? Secondly, when we bought it used, it came without the inserts to cover the holes where the fog lamps go. The car is not wired for fog lamps, so the question is "do all the base model bumper covers (OEM) have those holes and need the inserts also?".

The car should have the wires tucked up somewhere as all of them had the wires but not the fog lights and relay to run them. All the factory bumpers have the cutouts for the lights and the covers are separate.
The bumper and lower lip are two different pieces.

 

When I bought my xB, the covers were missing as well. Its not quite clear to me which part number(s) get you the fog light covers. If anyone knows for sure, please post them up!
