Default Can you paint them???

I bought a license plate frame for my "Short Bus" well the frame is black with Chrome Scion at the bottom. Well the factory license plate screws look a little odd against the black frame. My question can you paint the screws and if so how? I tried primeing and painting and that didnt work, it rubbed right off. OR is it easier to go out and buy Black screws? I dont know too much that is why I am asking.

You might want to try an enamel spray paint... Or you can buy screws or screw covers...

it would be easier to just buy black screws. when you paint screws the screw driver will just scratch the paint off, i don't think it matters what you do it'll still scratch it off. you could just be really careful screwing them in, but screws are only $0.10 each at the most for the license plate, just goto a hardware store and have them match them up. it'll look better than paint on them.

randode..those might actually look good on my xA... They look different on your site. Also, does screw on flush with just the license plate?

yeah, you screw the stud into the car, then put on the plate, then the bullet nut.
