being that there are quite a few different ones out there what are the differences between them? which one is the more common or popular? what are somethings a person should look for when buying one? how will it last on a daily driver? those are just some of the questions i have, any answer will help thanks guys,

 

Not too sure of the difference on some but some have only one wiper nozzle and others have both or none. I think VIS is one of the most popular out there. You should always look at the weave of the CF and see if there are any imperfections. Most of the time there will be but it's obviously not a big deal...just cosmetic. Also looks for "waves" in the hood. You usually want to look at it at an angle to really see the waves. Since it's a lightweight material it tends to bend and wave in extreme heating conditions. I use it on my box as a daily driver and I've had it for about 6 months. Still looks as good as the day I got it. Hope this helps.

 

thanks bro, i was thinking of either going with the fiberfx hood or the bbist hood factory style just not sure yet. what does shipping usually cost for those?
