Default Coating on Sonar HL peeling

I just noticed today that the coating on my Sonar headlights are peeling. My search here on SL has come up with nothing. Has anyone run into this and is there any fix? Or should I get in contact with bBist?

Is it the "clear" coating that goes over the lens?

I had a set of aftermarket headlights on my Camaro do the same thing. I ended up wet sanding the lens until everything was blended and then I buffed the hell out of them with plastic polish. It was a lot of work but in the end you can't even tell they were ever peeling. I removed the lights from the car when I did this to avoid any possible damage to the car plus it made things easier.
