Default colgon bra

I got my colgan bra today and couldn't be happier. It fits absolutely perfect and after a couple of freeway speed trips today, not a hint of a flutter or loose portions.
I have a PW and the black bra actually looks good. I was planning on a clear bra but after many attempts to locate an installer in the midwest I had to give it up. If I was out west it would be simple. Not here.
If anyone is even thinking about a colgan go for it. I highly recommend it.

Glad to see others get one too. I've had mine for a year or so. I should have gotten it right away but waited till after I had some chips already.
One thing to remember is don't use it in the rain. It will trap moisture underneath and fog the paint. (I'm waiting for mine to unfog right now).
Also keep an eye on the paint on the upper corners of the bumper. There is a seam in the bra that sometimes scuffs the paint. I put masking tape over the area prior to installing the bra to avoid it. Other than that it works great for long road trips. Just blow off the backside with compressed air once and a while to keep the felt clean.
Did you get the plain of CF pattern? Also, did you get the T hood section or just the short one? Did you get the mirror covers also? Congrats and enjoy.

Doesn't seem to be a problem with white cars. I've had mine on for almost 2 years with no fogging.

Good advice - I used vinyl tape (didn't think masking tape would hold up in Northeast winters).

I only used the masking tape cause it's only on for short peiods and is easy to redo each time it's used.

On the BCP I left it on for almost a week. That was the only time I got the fogging problem.

You get them directly from Colgan. Here's a link http://www.colgancustom.com/shop_vparts.php#1
My C/F full bra with mirror covers was like 170 bucks.
They can also add a panel to cover the foglight holes if you do not have fogs. It cost a little more but looks so much better plus it protects the fog hole covers. You also can chose if you want the license plate hole or not.

I second that, third, and fourth too. Colgan is the ONLY bras I have had on my last 6 vehicles. Go here to see my box with the carbon fiber finish one.
