I was just curious if these hoods have been made yet for our box.

I would so love to pick one up.

VIS makes a carbon fiber a ram air hood. it looks okay. audioformz i believe makes ram air too that looks even better outta fiberglass. im not sure about a huge cowl on an xB though. i think it looks too funny. like it doesnt fit in

 

There was a CF ram air hood at Exposed this weekend here in daytona, looked pretty fly.

 

I think it would look ok. I just need to find it

 

I think the only way it would look okay if it was small, 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch cowl....Hoods too small to pull it off

 

I have a CF hood with 1'' scoop, its sort of like a ram air design. VIS makes it, i like it. I don't have a problem with rain getting involved in places it shouldn't either, so yeah. Good buy i would say. There was one other guy with a CF hood w/ scoop at exposed (daytona) but not sure who makes his. His was much wider than mine, but seemed to be the same height. I lost 12lbs-15lbs with the hood.

The VIS hood is a good hood, but I'm not looking for a ram air hood or a carbon fiber. I'm just looking for a cowl induction hood for the box. I guess no one makes them.
