Then pull down and slightly out on the edge of the front cover where the bolts were to lean the front cover forward. Then there are just the 4 screws for the lights. For the basics it's just a matter of unplugging the headlight and taking the turn signal socket out of the assembly. Replug and reinstall the socket in the new light and reverse the disassembly of the front end and you are done. I didn't hook up the halos. I'll have to do that later. I'm going to hook mine up to a separate switch in the car instead of the park/turn lamps because I want to control when they are on.
Good info!

Has anyone hooked their halo's up to a switch yet like chadfo was going to do? Was wondering how hard it was to do that. I was thinking about doing the same.

There was a lot of moisture in the air this morning, but with the caps off of the back my new halos didn't seem to fog this morning.

Man these things look cool. All the pics people post of them really do not do it justice.

Looks awsome! I love the new halos. Not to thread-jack, but has anyone had any experiences with chrome e-bay halos? I'm going to get some this summer but I want something decent looking, functional, and adjustable.

Your black ones look great.

I think the black looks best on white boxes because of the contrast.

I love mine. Had 'em for a few weeks. No fogging, but it hasn't really rained since I installed them, maybe once. The car is garage kept. They are fully adjustable, though I haven't done it. Halo's are currently tied to the parking lights...

But I picked up a couple GSW-45 switches to put in the OE slots to turn them on independantly.

My next mod is to buy/make a relay system using some heavy gauge 9005/9006 plugs for better light output.

Those are pretty badass, especially if I can remove the reflector.

I'll take a couple more pics later tonight. I purposely bought the ones with the amber reflector, so that I would stay legal. They are not removable. I bought mine from Zomk Speed on eBay.

I think the white or clear reflectors were the first version and weren't legal so the switched to the amber. The only way to get white is to find someone with older stock.

I bought mine from Zomk Speed too. Best price and fast shipping.

i got a set with no reflector, took them off for the inspection coming up. I got a set of dual halos/projectors that got the reflector, My stock headlights are cleared and blacked out.

My set of Sonars fogged up horribly bad, but my cheap duals only did for a few hours after a wash.
