Default Fiberglass /Spoiler question

So here is the issue I recently purchased a spoiler from a company and I here are some pictures of what came in. I tried to take pictures of what my body shop is calling spider crack and says he will need to repair the cracks before he paints it. Which I feel the company that sold the spoiler should warranty and replace the item since it is only 2+ weeks old.

Well let see I ordered it for a car show this weekend, I Pay for the spoiler on the 5/25 thinking I would get it in time for a car show this weekend. I received it on 6/1 I took it to the painter on 6/5 which is when the painter noticed the spider cracks. I then contact the seller that same day and he said he would take care of it. It is now 6/15 and no spoiler. I have sent emails all week even called the company to responce excapet for can you send me pictures of the cracks. I called and left voice mails and no responce I will give the company till tonight to respond if they don't I will release the name of the company I am just trying to allow them to back their product.

Well today I received a email from the vendor asking me to ship it back and I responded that I refused to pay for shipping again. Since it is not my fault that the product he provided me was defective and he says the product is ready to paint.

Yeah that sucks. To fix those cracks would require some sanding, filling, and then more sanding. Way more work than you should have to do for something new outta the box. Lame. Make them pay for everything and give you a discount in the end for the hassle...

Just by the looks of it, looks like one I got from (Remains nameless) I wouldn't be surprised if it was.
