Flares
I can't seem to find the answer to this anywhere.
I have seensome people that have fender flares on there xB. It appears as though the wheel extends out past the stock fender. Do the stock fenders need cut?
My thinking is since your wheel extends out further than the stock fender when you go over bumps the wheel will bounce up and hit the stock fender. Is this true?

so cutting the fender really depend on the rubbing factor(which I hope you don't have to.).
my buddy cass has a set of Firmware carbon flares on his box. his wheels are 15x8 with a 0 offset. he's lowered on Tein S-Techs and we had to roll his fenders a little bit. He's not running any spacers.
