Default Installed under body lights

I got these on eBay delivered for 50 bucks. The only complaint is that the wire lead for the rear light wasn't long enough to allow installation at the rear bumber. I had to put it on the rear trailing arm until I can make the lead longer. Other than that I'm happy with the price and the performance.

And I finally got my valve cover painted white. I like the effect with the blue CC lights.

Very nice, but is it legal to run with the blues while your driving or are you just going to use them for show.

Driving with them is a no no. Johnny Law would be on me quicker than ugly on a gorilla. I will just use them to show. I went out to dinner last night and left them on with the vallet. They thought it was cool.

The positive wire runs to the battery and the negative is butt spliced into the ground connection under the driver side kick panel.

I spliced the rear wire today and made the lead longer. Now the led's are mounted on the back bumper supports like they should have been yesterday. I'm a happy camper now!

And if you ever happen to be laying on the ground looking at my Box:

along the side of the car did you mount them on the outside of the pinched metal edge or the inside? I am going to be mounting puddle lights under my car and I don't want to see the bulbs from the side, just the glow of the lights. I like the way yours look in the "laying on the Ground" pic.

What kind of lights are in your headlights?

I mounted them on the outside of the pinched lip. They are attached by hangers and screws to the plastic side skirt. They are closer to the edge of the body this way but you still can't see them unless you lay down or look under the car.

The headlights have small led's in them. Here is the post on how I did that mod: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...847&highlight=

Thanks for the kind words.
