Thanks

I am not sure if there is anywhere else that has them, for possibly cheaper, but I found these yesterday...

There are other differences aside from the turn signal hump. The JDM bB lights are dual beam where ours are single beam, which means you would need the wiring to go with them.

The Japanese headlight assemblies don't have the 'bulge' on the side for the (US) legally required amber side reflector, and the headlight beam pattern is designed for driving on the other side of the road, which means that it would be directed to the oncoming driver's eyes here in the US...

x2

However, you should be able to aim the beam down a bit to not blast oncoming traffic.

I've had JDM headlights in my car before; I won't do that again. Too much of a PITA to manage, both before, during and after.

Not all 2G bB head lights were dual element. Those were the "Z" Edition. That was a HID headlight. JDM head lights also didn't/don't use a side marker running light. it was turn signal only. Not that matters anyway as out setup should plug in. SOooo, how do you know you want to buy something and not even know about it? It's like buying the xB or xA without trying it and then you say it's too slow and doesn't handle good.

the "X" version 2nd gen bB had the HID option. the turn signal bulb on the bB (7440) doesn't plug direct into our turn signal/marker light socket (which is a 1157).

sucks they didn't have a combo light like ours. would make it much easier.
