Ok well we should make this clear for everyone.

If you are buying a JDM bB kit from the 1st gen bB and it is a Rear lip add on, then yes you will need the JDM 1st gen rear bumper. If it is a full bumper replacement then, NO, you will not need a new rear bumper. You just need to take off the 10 mph impact beams to fit the full bumper on.

Same goes for the front. If it is a lip add on you will need the first gen Bumper. If it is a full replacement, all you have to do is take out the 10 mph bumper beams.

 

ohhhhh. so 1st gen full bumper will bolt up perfectly with usdm with no modification required, and we can fit all t hose 1st gen kits perfectly????? where can i get this full bumper =)

 

I've yet to see anyone over here with an authentic veilside kit on there car yet. Does anyone have pics of the kit non molded with the raised lettering on the bumper, sideskirts, and rear diffuser?

 

Authentic Veilside does not directly bolt on. There fore , you won't see it here.

 

Yes, most of those full bumpers will require you to take off the 10mph impact beam in the front. Its no big deal. Its 4 bolts to take it off. Yes it fits on there directly. I have a full Kenstyle Urban kit for sale. Look in the classifieds.

Well goodluck with that, as most, if not all full kits are fiberglass. Urethane is just too expensive to work with and mass produce a body kit. Goodluck!
