if anybody has the black ones with the ROUND turn signal/reverse lighting i really want them from you!

i have the black with the SQUARE turn signal/reverse lighting and they look very nice and all but i really want the ROUND bottom which i could not find anywhere when looking to buy so i was stuck with the rectangular bottom.

the reason i ask is i use the LED portion for running/braking/signaling and the bottom 2 sections together as reverse.

I installed my Smoked LED Tailights with square signal and reverse lights. Got it off eBay as well and made by Sonar. Thanks 1epoXyBox for the instructions.

Video:

Fitment is good...not OEM...but the gasket surrounding the actual housing/wiring is good.

time to do my mod to the tail lights and get the LED portion acting as your turn signal as well! just throw a clear bulb in the turn signal slot and splice it together with the reverse wire so you have 4 reverse lights.

its really sweet in person.

okay so i used the electrical contact cleaner but the drivers side tails are still much dimmer than the passenger side.
i'm thinking that maybe the wires on the circuit board got loose. any other ideas?

What i did is leave the stock amber bulb and put in high power LED bulbs in the reverse lights and license plate lights. I haven't found a turn signal LED bulb that is bright enough in broad sunlight which is why i use the stock turn bulb. Safety first. The LED reverse bulbs are SUPER FREAKIN bight so there is no need to do any wiring to get all four clear bulbs to work together. Just another option is all.

hey the more reverse light the better! :-)

im so wrapped up in other stuff right now. My plans still are taking these lights apart and making a custom board that fills up the entire lower section with white 5chip SF and paint it black to blend in behind the diffused lens.
