m3 mirriors on xb.
got the ebay special m3 mirriors.after install i kinda think they dnt go to well with xb but o well.some modifications to the mirrior to make it fit good and it being motorized was bs but what do u expect for 30 dollars.already got the paint for em and got enough to finish the interior.all comments welcome good, bad,and ugly!

the black looks fine. it goes with the window tape and especially if you have tinted windows. i got the same ebay cheapos.(but with LED) my only complaint is that the glass in mine has bubbly effect. im used to it now. for $30 it was acceptable
Hey, someone else from Southern MD. Where'd you get them painted? I'm still trying to find a decent place down here and will most likely just do it myself on my mods w/ paint from Carquest and a HVLP gun.
they are not painted yet i got the paint today the will match the xb.and they do fit like stock, maybe i will take a closer pic for the elderly
but yea it kinda throws the boxyness way off.yea they are nock offs(ebay special) thanks for the comments.
vettereddie;arent you the one with the two tone xb?

Yeah, the two-tone is me. I can give you a _____ fest on how it got painted, the short version is took it to Kromatic Customs who said they could do it (I assumed in-house). They sent it to Bad Boyz (without notifying me who they sent it to) then charged me on top of what bad Boyz charged them. Later, I had some vinyl put on the door sills, and when they had to reposition it stripped about all of the paint on the sill up with the vinyl. Looking at it, no primer was used, and when I buffed the now showing base color it was evident the clearcoat was still there and it hadn't been sanded. I don't know why every car shop in Southern Maryland either rips you off or is staffed by lazy or unknowledgeable people. I have to drive to Manassas just to get a decent tune.
damn.man i saw it there at badboys when i was talkin to them about my two tone, but herd alot of bad things.plus the workers arent the best of the community if you know what i mean.then i recked my bike so money is tight.
Depends on how the break occurs between colors I think. Mine followed the natural break line and flowed down across the front grill. I'm filling in and painting the grill to match the top color of a smoothe surface, the headlights have already been color matched. They did do a decent job on the headlights at least, and the two-tone paint looks good, I'm just not sure how it will hold up. I'm certainly not going to be putting any more vinyl on it.
yea it didnt look bad at all when is saw it,but u never judge ne one else's car like your own.me and mike are gona do purple pearl ghost flames on mine when we get together to do the interior and mirriors.hope it doesnt look to fruity!lol
