After much debate I'm going HID 4300k. Thank you to all who were helpful. So my two best choices it seems like are Mod express $140 and Mobile HID $170. Any thoughts on which one is better or are they basically the same and I'm just splitting hairs?

That would be tough unless one have seen both perform. At least I can tell u that mobilehid has a bad a$$ service. They will do their best to get u taken care of if u ever have any questions or have any issues, even when out of ur warranty. That is something u don't see often in this business so A+ for them. As far as performance I have an analog 6000k and is pretty darn good. I have had it compared with some of my friends kits and it puts them to shame and is only a 35w kit.
