Fixed the gaskets so far they have not fogged so far so may have fixed em. I didn't have to adjust them at all they come correct but the high beams are a little off but I dont use them much so Iam not going to mess with them.

Buy latex sealant in a tube from any hardware store and find every little hole in the back of the housing and apply a bit of the sealant. I did that on my dual projectors and they haven't fogged since (almost a year with them now). Apply sealant to areas that you're not sure is a gap/hole just in case. You might be able to test them in a bathroom while running a steaming hot shower (so you don't put them back on before the fogging is fixed). Unless the lenses are cracked, you should be able to prevent fogging with little effort/time/money.

If your talking about what I was then dont worry I had just not put back on the gasket covering the light bulb socket area. Ilove them I got mine at www.k2motor.com and only 138 no shipping and some free clear turn signals. And to cdpugh I have an 06 and they fit perfect.

My brother the auto mechanic said for me to take the box in the garage about 10ft from the wall and mark the wall with the center of the light beam

when you install the new, aim at your marks on the wall.

What I made out was that these projectors could not be adjusted more than a little and they were aim to far to the left.

These are awesome, I just ordered the black ones with the blue lenses, there are actually 4 different ones if you didn' know (black, black w/blue, chrome, chrome w/blue). All can be ordered from www.k2motor.com, heck I even picked up a halo grill while I was at it, also from 2kmotor. The total came to 304.95 for both with NO shipping cost. That's less than I paid for the projectors with the 3 LEDs that I got on my car now. I'm not too happy with them because they fogged up for the first time since I got them almost 6 months ago after I went through a car wash. I'm trying to defog them but I don't want to have to take them out and throw them in the oven. As it turns out I think the black look better than the chrome anyway so it will be a nice change.

These new projectors just look so much better and they also look like the lighting is better. I know the lighting on my current ones are worse than the stock OEMs even with silverstars. Thanks to Max for putting forth the effort and posting all the nice pics, that's one badass xB you got - TCM for teh win!

I love the design of these lights but it doesn't look like my eyelids would fit over them... if they did I'd rock em.

If you look at the pic the "bulge" that flares out over the turn signals... that starts in the middle of the headlight on these, vs. more on the side on the stock ones... I don't think the lids I have would clear em. Here's what I have now-
