whats so great about the $1000 ones? They dont even have projectors...

 

yes real ichiko's are around $1200.00 (cause a friend got a set from japan) and the hid version was up to $2000. so he ended up not getting the hid version.

as for hotbox's question. it's having an actual japan product. versus someone who made a copy of it and is making money off of their design. well overall it's more of a personal preference. like me i'd spend the extra money for the real ones. only that bugs me is that at car shows those with knock-off stuff play it off like they have the actual real ones.

 

I would have no problem using Knock-off headlights. But it all comes down to personal taste. Whatever floats your boat I guess.
I just couldnt see spending 4x more for a product that does esentially the same thing.

 

i guess that's like a girl using a knock off LV purse instead of a real one. if they wanna spend 8-900 bucks on a purse vs. 30 bucks. it's up to them. they both carry all their make up. LOL.
