i'm running 10k HIDs in my sonar projectors and they seem to be hella bright. but my question is "are stock housing or non projection brighter than projectors". does projectors limit the amount of light that comes out due to the cramped space and the cut off piece blocking some light? while looking at the oem and seeing all that space for the lighting to exit?

generally speaking, I believe the OEM headlights are brighter than most aftermarket ones, yes.
