Open Deck grill owners

do any of you know if the open deck grill will chip easily? im looking to purchase one but im scared that the black chrome will chip off.

any owners please let me know your opinions. thanks

I drive on the fwy everyday and no chips just one really small scratch thats hard to see.

Mine is a little smokey..............

Seriously--it will chip from being hit--but no peeling. It is a genuine Toyota part by the way.....

I like that grille and was planning on purchasing it but I dont like the OD logo. Is there any way to remove that without damaging it?

Actually, the OD logo comes in the box unattached. You have to put it on.....
